New brand in the shop - MADE BY HAND

We have added a gorgeous, new brand to our shop. A brand that offers more than just functional and decorative lamps, but also pays tribute to the artisan traditions of Scandinavia. The Danish designer brand creates authentic and durable products made by local craftsmen.

Made By Hand was founded in 2014, based on the concept of the Workshop Pendant. After more than a year’s worth of considerations with regards to materials, manufacturing, and design, the company launched the workshop pendant in five different sizes and a variety of modern colours. The timeless design by A. Wedel-Madsen was designed in 1951, and the stylish and industrial design continues to be a sure winner when it comes to Scandinavian design.

The old, traditional craft of knitting served as inspiration for the Knit Wit collection, which comes with a distinct lampshade made of thin knitwork. A soft and comfortable glow shines through the pattern in the yarn, creating a cosy and calm atmosphere in your home. The art of ceramics is represented by the Porcelight collection, which offers a white porcelain lampshade, while the metalwork can be seen in the industrial Petite Machine collection.
