Argilla Wall Light Rectangular Marble Mocha is the result of a successful meeting between Danish design and Italian craftsmanship traditions. Through its simplistic shape and ingenious surface pattern, the lamp has a simple yet detailed look that fits perfectly into design-orientated homes and environments. The lampshade is made of a slab of fired clay collected from the area around the Po River. With the help of water, hands and fire alone, the lamp has received its beautiful shape. The clay naturally forms a marbled surface pattern, making each Argilla lamp unique.
When the lamp is switched on, the light source shines out from behind the clay plate, creating a beautiful halo effect around the lamp. This both emphasises the beautiful design and creates a pleasant, indirect accent light.
The Argilla Wall Light comes in both a creamy white and a mocha brown version.
