Estimated Delivery Times
Please be advised that all delivery times are indicative and based on estimates provided by our suppliers. On occasion, certain items—particularly spare parts or products sourced internationally—may be temporarily out of stock, resulting in delays. To monitor the progress of your order, kindly refer to the unique tracking link provided upon confirmation of your purchase.
Shipping method
All orders are dispatched via GLS, DPD, UPS, DSV, ensuring secure and traceable delivery. Complimentary shipping is available for qualifying purchases. All applicable delivery options and any associated costs are clearly presented in your shopping basket prior to checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the availability of your selected product variant or colour.
Inspection upon delivery
We kindly ask that you inspect your parcel promptly upon receipt. Please verify that the correct item has been delivered, that it is undamaged, and that all components are included. Should any discrepancies or damages be identified, we request that you notify us within 14 days of delivery. Beyond this period, Lampemesteren GmbH cannot assume responsibility for any claims.
If your parcel or its contents appear damaged upon arrival, please initiate a claim using the unique link provided with your order. Simply click on ‘Claim’ at the bottom of the status page and follow the instructions. You will be asked to submit photographs of both the external and internal packaging—including the shipping label—as well as clear images of the damage.
Please note that Lampemesteren GmbH is not liable for damages incurred during transit. We take great care in packaging your order to minimize the risk of shipping-related damage.
