Return Period:
You have 30 days to return your item. If you wish to cancel your purchase, unfortunately, simply refusing to accept the goods is not sufficient. You can easily notify us of your cancellation here.
Returning Your Item Is Easy
1. Register a return on our returns portal
Log in using your invoice number and email address at the bottom of this page, and select the items you'd like to return.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will receive your returns summary and return label via email.
2. Prepare the package
Please pack all items securely in their respective original boxes. Also, be sure to use sturdy outer packaging for shipping—preferably the box in which you received the item.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning an item under your right to cancel, please use the original, undamaged packaging. Damage caused by inappropriate packaging may result in a deduction from the refund.
Please make sure your package meets the requirements for drop-off at a package store (max. 20 kg, 100 cm in length, 250 cm in girth = length + 2 × width + 2 × height).
