Please check whether your parcel corresponds to the maximum permitted size for delivery to the parcel store:

2. Step | Register in our returns portal
If the package details match, log in to the returns portal with your invoice number and e-mail address (see invoice) and select the items you wish to return. Please note that the new invoice number must be used for returns of replacement deliveries.
