VL45 Radiohus hanging light Ø 18 cm brass/yellow - Louis Poulsen

The VL45 Radiohus Pendant Light Ø175 Brass/Glossy Pale Yellow by Louis Poulsen is an elegant pendant light that combines classic design with modern functionality. Designed by Danish architect Vilhelm Lauritzen in the late 1930s, the light emits an even and diffuse soft light that creates a cosy atmosphere in any room.
The pendant light is made of four layers of handblown opal glass, which ensures high quality and beautiful, even light distribution. The new, elegant pale yellow surface combined with a white, glossy interior provides warm and inviting lighting. The open underside of the glass lampshade ensures that the light is directed gently downwards, making it suitable for both modern and traditional interiors.
The brass details with fine, untreated hairline scratches give the light a vintage charm that harmonises perfectly with wood and other natural materials. Please note that the natural patina of brass develops over time, giving the light a timeless appeal that remains stylish even as trends change. On request, the brass surface can be polished to maintain its shine.
The VL45 Radiohouse Pendant Light Ø175 is equipped with an adjustable suspension system that allows the glass to be balanced, as the thickness may vary due to the handblown process. With a cable length of 4 metres and a weight of 1.3 kg, this pendant light is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
