Background
David Trubridge was born in England and studied naval architecture at Newcastle University.

Today he is based in New Zealand and designs beautiful lamps with sustainability and nature in their DNA.

When David and his wife were younger they sold all of their belongings and embarked on a trip around the world together with their two children. On the journey, David was deeply inspired by the nature surrounding him, and today flora, fauna and natural formations are reflected in his lamps and part of what makes them unique.

The lamps are made to last a lifetime, and to be a constant reminder of nature and its whims, and with a consideration of nature and sustainable materials.
