Hashira – the Japanese word for column – is a collection designed by Norm Architects for Audo Copenhagen. The cylindrical body, the matt textile surface, the graphic pattern: When turned off, each light appears almost understated. Only when the light is turned on does it reveal its true purpose.

For the fabric cover doesn't simply let the light through – it transforms it. Soft, warm, with an amber hue, it spreads in all directions. No glare, no hard edges. Just a glow that calms the room from within.

This is precisely the hallmark of Audo Cph: combining the familiar, homely with stylish Scandinavian design. And that of Norm Architects, whose work brings a subtle Japanese clarity to Nordic spaces.

The collection includes a table lamp, floor lamp, and pendant lamp – also as a cluster – all in the same design language. This makes Hashira more than just a single lamp: It can be combined, staggered, and spread throughout the room. In the living room, bedroom, hotel.
