Flowerpot VP4 designer table lamp: a timeless design by Verner Panton from 1969

In the context of the flower power movement of the late 1960s, Danish architect and designer Verner Panton created a series of lights – the name was deliberately chosen. Flowerpot embodies the spirit of an era in which conventions were questioned and new creative paths were taken.
The table lamp impresses with its simple design language, which nevertheless appears well thought-out and sophisticated.

The VP4 version in particular has become a design classic: two steel hemispheres of different sizes form the characteristic lampshade and create a pleasant, glare-free, softly diffused light.
