Gesina 1 Ceiling Light Black has a beautiful duality in its design, as both the ceiling fitting and the lampshade have the same basic cylindrical shape with the same dark surface. This gives the lamp a design-orientated idiom that captures a contemporary purism that has become so popular in modern and minimalist interiors.
The lamp socket fits a GU10 light bulb that shines directly from an opening at the bottom of the lampshade. As the light bulb is located some way inside the lampshade, the light is focussed. At the same time, the lampshade can be rotated so that the direction of light is adjusted and you get the focussed light exactly where you want it.
