Kori Floor Lamp Orange - Artek

Kori Floor Lamp Orange offers a clever and well thought-out interplay between direct and indirect lighting. The lamp is named after the Finnish word for 'basket', which perfectly describes its beautiful design language. This model is characterised by a sturdy, column-shaped metal frame and a narrow lampshade that matches the frame in colour and material that encloses the light source. The lampshade is open at the bottom and top, allowing light to flow out in a combined up- and downlight. The socket fits a standard E27 light bulb, available in many different versions.
The characteristic shape of the shade is the core element that, through soft, diffused lighting, creates the warm, inviting atmosphere that characterises all lamps in the Kori series, designed by Stockholm-based design studio TAF Studio. Kori comes as a pendant, floor and table lamp in several different variants, available in matt white and matt orange.
