The Rørhat wall light 40W E14 brass by Light-Point not only adds timeless elegance to the wide range, but also stamps the family tree with a 100% Danish stamp. So if it is also Danish in design, is it then a 110% Danish lamp?

Rørhat is manufactured using a rather untraditional process, as it is the now rare craft of plumbing that has been conjured up out of thin air. The careful soldering of the metal in particular requires the expertise of a plumber.
The beautiful and simple semicircle is available in an exciting range of colours and materials. Choose between the rustic and simple versions in black, white, stainless steel or galvanised, or dance with the beautiful versions in raw copper, or try one of the polished versions in brass, chrome or copper.
The Tube Hat lights have an IP protection class of 23, which means: 2 = Protected against solid objects with a diameter of 12.5 mm or more and protected against touching dangerous parts with your fingers. 3 = Protected against rain.
Various nameplates are available for the Rørhat to personalise the entrance area, but there are also exciting options for mounting the lamp. The tube hat can be mounted directly on the wall or on a special plate that highlights the shape and chosen material. If the light is to be used as a bedside table lamp or elsewhere without masonry for hanging, there are various stands available that turn it into a bollard.
The interior of the Rørhat is also flexible: you can choose between the classic G23 socket, often seen in project lighting, or the brand new LED version, which is extremely energy-efficient at only 10.5 W. The more discerning will probably opt for the E14 version, which, with its flexible base, opens up a wide range of light sources and protects the lamp for many possible future changes in the long term.
