Tizio Table Lamp Black LED is a true design classic that first saw the light of day in 1972. The lamp was designed for Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide by designer and university lecturer Richard Sapper, who has a long list of awards behind him. 11 times he has received a Compasso d'Oro and his designs are today displayed in museums around the world.
In the Tizio series of desk lamps, Sapper has particularly thought flexibility and mobility into the design. The lamp has a striking industrial look, reminiscent of internal machinery. The many different LEDs that share the frame allow you to adjust the light direction with the utmost precision.
The light source emits a powerful downward glow, making it perfect for desk work, reading or other tasks that require concentration and where a practical light is needed to relieve eye strain.
