A defining feature of the Torus pendant lamp lamp design is the amazing interplay between lightness and heaviness. The lampshade is made of galvanised metal with a monochrome black surface. Both the material and the colour choice have a solid expression. This is harmoniously offset by the delicate lattice structure and the soft, curved shape that adds an organic feel to the lamp's design and gives it a striking resemblance to a butterfly. The light source hangs on the underside and is freely visible, spreading a clear and direct light when the lamp is switched on.
