The Alphabet of Light APP 180 pendant light has a high design value in terms of both appearance and form as well as function and light quality. The light is part of a whole series, Alphabet of Light, which was designed for the Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide by the famous Bjarke Ingels Group BIG. The group consists of dedicated designers and architects who are behind projects such as the Shenzhen Energy Mansion in China, the Faroe Islands Education Centre and the Vancouver House Tower.
The LED light built into the light emits light from a light tube that forms the head. The tubular structure offers a 360-degree beam angle and bathes the surroundings in an even light with a pleasant warm white hue.
The light quality can be adjusted using a free Artemide app, available for iOS and Android, which allows you to control the brightness, among other things.
