The Cirque Pendant Lamp Ø38 cm with a yellow tip is one of four products developed as part of the ‘Playful’ design brief. Cirque stood out thanks to its unique interplay of colour and form.
The briefing took place at Tivoli. The designer drew inspiration from the balloon rides and carousels. The idea for the colour scheme arose from the colours in circular movements, which merge into continuous strips in all the colours of the rainbow. The distinctive shape is inspired by the onion domes that can be seen on various buildings at Tivoli.
The light emits a glare-free, downward-directed and pleasantly soft light. The white-lacquered interior ensures an even and pleasant distribution of light.
