Flowerpot VP10 pendant light: a timeless design by Verner Panton

The Flowerpot VP10 features two hemispherical metal shades in different sizes. They are arranged in such a way that the light from the G9 bulb is optimally directed – glare-free and with uniform illumination directly below the light. The round design language combined with a uniform colour scheme gives the light its iconic character. Although the design was developed by Verner Panton back in 1968, it still looks fresh and modern today. The brightness can be flexibly adjusted using an external phase-down or phase-up dimmer.

Danish architect and designer Verner Panton is one of the most important designers of the 20th century. The Flowerpot light was created during the flower power movement of the late 1960s. The light is manufactured by the Danish company &Tradition. The manufacturer combines timeless classics and modern design with the aim of creating pieces that will endure today and in the future.
