Nessino – Retro charm meets modern interior design
The Nessino table lamp by Artemide is a reinterpretation of one of the most famous design classics of the 1960s. Designed by Giancarlo Mattioli and the Gruppo Architetti Urbanisti Città Nuova, it translates the iconic form of the legendary Nesso into a more compact format, combining Italian design history with timeless comfort.
With its distinctive, nature-inspired design and bright orange finish, Nessino makes a striking statement on sideboards, side tables, shelves or bedside tables. The body and lampshade are made of technopolymer, deliberately echoing the innovative material aesthetic of the original design.
Beneath the mushroom-shaped lampshade, four E14 bulbs ensure an even, diffused light distribution. The light is emitted into the room with minimal glare, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the living and sleeping areas.
With a diameter of 32 cm, Nessino is not only a table lamp but also a decorative design object with high recognition value.
