The Original 1227 Giant floor lamp combines classic design with high functionality. It is made of aluminium and steel and impresses with its sturdy, high-quality workmanship. Whether for concentrated work in the office or cosy lighting in the living area, this floor lamp is extremely versatile. The E27 socket allows different bulbs to be used as required.


The floor lamp was designed by renowned designer George Carwardine. Like the original model, it features the constant spring mechanism typical of Anglepoise, which allows for particularly flexible adjustment. This mechanism is based on the functioning of human arm muscles and makes the light a true design classic.
