Inside the lampshade is an E27 socket that is suitable for many different traditional light bulbs, so you can fit the light with a light source of your choice. When you switch on the light using the switch on the cable, the light shines out from the back of the lampshade and is reflected back onto the wall, creating a beautiful corona effect.
