Wire floor lamp, chrome/orange - VERPAN

The Wire Chrome/Orange floor lamp immediately stands out as an extraordinary design piece. Its simple yet sophisticated design exudes an understated elegance that conveys both lightness and depth. The lamp is part of the Wire series, which was designed in 1971 by the Danish design icon and national hero Verner Panton. All the lights in this series – which also includes floor lamps and table lamps – are characterised by the same understated combination of colours and materials. The base consists of a chrome-plated tripod and a coloured plastic shade with a soft, unbroken curve.
The light source is completely concealed behind the lampshade, ensuring that the light does not dazzle. When you switch the lamp on, the light shines through both the lampshade itself and the opening at the base, highlighting the beautiful wire base.
