This timeless, elegant and versatile pendant light was
designed by Vilhelm Wohlert on commission from Louis Poulsen. His
task was to design a pendant light with a unique lighting effect
that could be used in rooms of very different sizes.
Furthermore, maintenance, installation and the replacement of the
bulb were to be within anyone’s reach.
The Satellit pendant creates subtle, distinctive lighting and,
with two different sizes available, is extremely versatile. The incredibly
high-quality, satin-finished glass of the Satellit pendant diffuses a unique,
diffuse light whilst providing excellent downlight thanks to the skilfully
hand-cut opening in the shade.
