I’m the piece of software that handles orders here at Lampemesteren.com.
You’ll meet me when you use the link we’ll mail you after you place your order. We always do our best to keep you updated regarding your order.
I’m the one who keeps an eye on your order and sends you a message if anything changes.
I check everything – stock levels in our warehouse, wait times on deliveries from our suppliers, etc.
As soon as your order is registered by our system we spring into action, and I make sure you’re updated if there’s anything you need to know. Remember to check your order status link, which we’ll update anytime the status of your order changes.
If everything is in stock, I make sure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
If something is out of stock we order it from our supplier on the next business day, and I check that it is delivered to us on time and sent on to you.
If our supplier experiences unexpected delays I’ll contact you right away with an update, and we’ll update your order status link with a new delivery date.
