How do I get my money back?

We will refund your money as soon as we receive and process your return.

How long the refund takes after that point depends on how you have paid for the product:

Credit/debit card: 2-5 business days after we have processed your return.

PayPal: 2-5 business days after we have processed your return. On PayPal’s website or app you can decide whether to have your refund transferred to bank account or your PayPal account.

Bank transfer: Up to 30 business days after we have processed your return. On the return form please include all relevant account numbers, routing codes, etc.

Invoice: Up to 30 business days after we have processed your return. If you have ordered multiple items you pay only for the ones you keep. If you have already paid the invoice, and you make the return within 30 days of taking delivery, we will refund the amount of purchase.

Claims

If the product you received is faulty or damaged, you should make a claim.

Send us a short description of the damage or fault. Include 4-5 pictures with the damage or fault clearly visible in at least one of the pictures. Also make sure to send at least one picture of the entire product taken from the front and one taken from the back. Mail the description and pictures to info@lampemesteren.com. The mail, including the pictures, should be no larger than 10MB. If necessary you can send more than one mail. After we receive the description and pictures we will process you claim as quickly as possible. Please note that if we accept your claim and agree to cover your shipping expenses to return the product, you need to contact our Customer Service team to get a return shipping label. Print out this label and attach it to the package.
