How do I get my money back?
We will refund your money as soon as we receive and process your return. Please be aware that in busy periods it can take our Returns department 7-10 days to process a return.
How long the refund takes after that point depends on how you have paid for the product:
Credit/debit card: 2-5 business days after we have processed your return.
PayPal: 2-5 business days after we have processed your return. On PayPal’s website or app you can decide whether to have your refund transferred to bank account or your PayPal account.
Bank transfer: Up to 30 business days after we have processed your return. On the return form please include all relevant account numbers, routing codes, etc.
Invoice: Up to 30 business days after we have processed your return. If you have ordered multiple items you pay only for the ones you keep. If you have already paid the invoice, and you make the return within 30 days of taking delivery, we will refund the amount of purchase.
If the product you received is faulty or damaged, you should make a claim. Just use the link you received after you placed your order, click on ‘Claim’ at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. You’ll need to include pictures with the damage or fault clearly visible in at least one of the pictures. Also make sure to send at least one picture of the entire product taken from the front and one taken from the back, as well as pictures of both the internal and external packaging including the shipping label. We’ll process the claim and contact you as soon as possible. Claim procedures vary from supplier to supplier.
