If the product you received is faulty or damaged, you should make a claim.
Send us a short description of the damage or fault. Include 4-5 pictures with the damage or fault clearly visible in at least one of the pictures. Also make sure to send at least one picture of the entire product taken from the front and one taken from the back. Mail the description and pictures to email@example.com
. The mail, including the pictures, should be no larger than 10MB. If necessary you can send more than one mail. After we receive the description and pictures we will process you claim as quickly as possible. Please note that if we accept your claim and agree to cover your shipping expenses to return the product, you need to contact our Customer Service team to get a return shipping label. Print out this label and attach it to the package.
