If the product you received is faulty or damaged, you should make a claim.
It is very important that you keep the original packaging. If you don’t, it is possible that you won’t be able to pursue a claim against the shipper. The product may not be transported by anyone other than one of our approved shipping companies.
When you placed your order you received a link that allows your to follow the status of your order. You can also use the link to open a claim – just click on ‘Claim’ at the bottom of the status page and follow the instructions.
Our helpful Customer Service team will process the claim and contact you as quickly as possible - within a few business days.
Please don’t send us the faulty or damaged product unless we ask you to.
