If the product you received is faulty or damaged, you should make a claim.


It is very important that you keep the original packaging. If you don’t, it is possible that you won’t be able to pursue a claim against the shipper. The product may not be transported by anyone other than one of our approved shipping companies.

In order for us to process you claim we need the following:

1. Send us a short description of the damage or fault. Please contact our Claims department as soon as you discover the damage or fault by sending a mail to We will propose a solution based on your specific situation.

2. Send us 4-5 pictures of the fault or damage along with the description. The damage or fault should be clearly visible in at least one of the pictures. Also make sure to send at least one picture of the entire product taken from the front and one taken from the back. Mail the pictures to

The mail, including the pictures, should be no larger than 10MB. If necessary you can send more than one mail.

3. After we receive the description and pictures we will process you claim as quickly as possible. We will respond within a few business days.

Please note that if we accept your claim and agree to cover your shipping expenses to return the product, you need to contact our Customer Service team to get a return shipping label. Print out this label and attach it to the package.
