Stock status

On every product in the Lampemesteren webshop you’ll see an indication of its stock status. You can find it both on pages with a grid of multiple products (under the product’s price) as well as on individual product description pages (under the price, to the right of the main product image). The stock status will be indicated by either a green or red dot followed by text.

Here you can see how stock status impacts the delivery of your order:

In stock

The item is in stock and we will ship it as soon as possible.

In stock: 3-5 days (example)

The item is not in stock. However, from the order, we expect to have it in stock in 3-5 working days (example). Please allow a further 1 to 3 working days for delivery. In the unlikely event that it takes longer, we'll let you know via your Edison order link.

In stock: 15-12-2023 (example)

Means that the item is not in stock, but that we have received a delivery date from our supplier. 15-12-2023 is just an example, but the date will usually be a later date. In this case, it will take an additional 1 to 3 working days for the item to be delivered to you. In the unlikely event of a longer lead time, we will inform you via your Edison order link.

Out of stock

This means that the item is not in stock and we don't yet know when our supplier will be able to deliver it. After placing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible, via your Edison order link, of the expected delivery date*.

If the product you’ve ordered in not in stock and for some reason our supplier is unable to meet an expected delivery date, we’ll keep you updated as the situation develops. You will always receive a mail when your order is shipped and we collect payment.

These delivery times are estimates based on the information we get from our suppliers.

We ship your order when all of the items are in our warehouse. If you would prefer to split your order into multiple deliveries because of differing delivery times from suppliers, please contact our Customer Service team.
