On every product in the Lampemesteren webshop you’ll see an indication of its stock status. You can find it both on pages with a grid of multiple products (under the product’s price) as well as on individual product description pages (under the price, to the right of the main product image). The stock status will be indicated by either a green or red dot followed by text.
Here you can see how stock status impacts the delivery of your order:
● In stock now
This means that the product is in our warehouse and we can ship it right away. Orders placed before 15:00 CET are shipped the same day, although oversize, heavy and fragile items and other products that require special handling can cause delays.
● Available in: 21-24 days
This means that the product is not in our warehouse, and the timeframe represents the expected delivery time from our supplier. (This timeframe varies from product to product and supplier to supplier – 21-24 days is just an example.) The timeframe only represents the expected delivery* at our warehouse - expect a minimum of 2 more days before the product reaches you, depending on your location.
● Out of stock
This means that the product is not in our warehouse and we don’t know when our supplier will be able to deliver it. If you order an ’Out of stock’ item we’ll contact you with an expected delivery date* as soon as we receive it from the supplier.
If the product you’ve ordered in not in stock and for some reason our supplier is unable to meet an expected delivery date, we’ll keep you updated as the situation develops. You will always receive a mail when your order is shipped and we collect payment.
These delivery times are estimates based on the information we get from our suppliers.
We ship your order when all of the items are in our warehouse. If you would prefer to split your order into multiple deliveries because of differing delivery times from suppliers, please contact our Customer Service team.
