Our delivery times are estimates based on your delivery address. Special orders, out-of-stock products and items on back order can all increase delivery times. (This applies particularly to spare parts and suppliers based outside of Denmark.)
You will receive an email when your package leaves our warehouse. This mail will contain a tracking number that you can use to trace your package online.

To make sure that you receive your purchases as quickly as possible we may split your order into more than one delivery. We do this to give you the fastest and most flexible service that we can. Our order system finds the most practical solution on an order-by-order basis. If we split your order your shipping confirmation will contain a tracking number for each individual package.
