Don’t miss out on the Patrone 04 wall lamp by Thorup Copenhagen

The Patrone 04 wall lamp is the most recent addition to the Patrone collection by Thorup Copenhagen. The artist behind the lamp is Kasper Thorup, who had his first experience with designing light as part of a Danish culture and lifestyle programme called ‘Denmark’s Next Classic’.

Inspired by counterbalancing opposites—the classic and the modern—he subsequently designed the Patrone 03 pendants. The stylish slender design is now available as a table lamp that is at once modern and classic, thanks to its industrial yet minimalist look. The raw slim expression is perfect for any style of décor, whether it’s in your bedroom, living room, or preferred workspace in the kitchen. The focused light creates a warm and cosy atmosphere

His ambition to realise the full potential of his chosen materials is clearly reflected in the brass lamps of the Patrone collection, which are made from dense, diamond-cut brass. The timeless material develops a natural patina that grows lovelier with time, giving the lamp a completely unique expression. It’s also available in a coated black metal version that suits classic as well as modern design.

All lamps in the Patrone collection are made by hand by local craftspeople in Copenhagen.
